The role

Clearly is looking for a Social Media Intern to help manage, localize, and grow our social media presence across Spanish-speaking markets. In this hands-on role, you will support content creation, community management, market localization, outreach, social listening, and performance reporting.

You will directly influence how Clearly builds trust, visibility, and engagement in an important growth market while helping make mental health support feel more accessible, relevant, and human.

What you'll do

  • Create, schedule, and publish Spanish-language content across priority social channels, including Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, and relevant community platforms.
  • Adapt company messaging, campaigns, captions, visuals, and calls to action for Spanish cultural context, regional language nuances, tone of voice, and audience expectations.
  • Support the monthly content calendar with platform-specific ideas, campaign concepts, post formats, and content angles that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and user-generated content, and respond in a warm, accurate, timely, and brand-aligned way.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers, creators, therapists, partners, community members, and media opportunities in the Spanish market.
  • Track brand mentions, competitor activity, trending topics, creator formats, hashtags, and audience sentiment across Spanish-speaking communities.
  • Curate and brief content assets such as Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, short educational posts, visual references, and community-led content ideas.
  • Collect insights from social listening and community engagement to help the marketing, product, and customer teams better understand Spanish-market needs.
  • Track key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, comments, shares, saves, clicks, leads, and sentiment.
  • Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance updates with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations for improving social media performance.
  • Help ensure a supportive, trustworthy, and professional brand experience for users in Spain.

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency; native Spanish is strongly preferred. Strong written Spanish is essential.
  • Good understanding of Spanish-speaking audiences, digital culture, cultural references, and communication nuances, especially in Spain.
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, online communities, and brand growth.
  • Practical experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and/or similar social platforms in a personal, academic, freelance, or professional context.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant Spanish-language captions, comments, and short-form content.
  • A good eye for visual content, brand consistency, and what makes social posts feel clear, credible, and engaging.
  • Basic ability to read social media analytics and turn performance data into simple, practical insights.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and content workflows independently.
  • Professional working English for internal communication with the wider team.
