At Magic World we need to hire a Second Chief of Maintenance and Technical Services for our hotel establishments in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment and be part of a continuously growing company. 

Functions:
-Assist the chief of maintenance in their duties, manage the maintenance crew, and take on a leadership role. 

- Leadership and supervision of the maintenance team (in accordance with the guidelines of the superior). 

- Ensure the human and material resources needed to carry out the role.

 -Oversee preventive maintenance and proper upkeep of the facilities.

 -Compliance with technical safety regulations.

- Qualifications: minimum Vocational Training, Higher or Intermediate Level.

 -Minimum of two years of experience in the position. 

- Knowledge in the field is essential (electricity, painting, repairs...). 

- Knowledge of water treatment (for swimming pools) is valued. 

- Team leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving.

En Magic World necesitamos incorporar  Segundo/a jefe/a de Mantenimiento y Servicios Técnicos en nuestros establecimientos hoteleros de Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte en un ambiente dinámico y formar parte de una compañía en continuo crecimiento. 

Funciones:
-Ha de ayudar al jefe/a de mantenimiento en sus funciones, se encargara de administrar la brigada de mantenimiento, teniendo que tener la función de lider. 

- Liderazgo y supervisión del equipo de mantenimiento (según directrices del rango superior). 

- Asegurar medios humanos y materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo su misión.

 -Velando por el mantenimiento preventivo y buen servicio de las instalaciones.

 -Cumplimiento de la normativa técnica de seguridad.

-Titulación mínima: Formación Profesional Grado Superior / Medio.

 -Experiencia mínima en el puesto dos años. 

-Imprescindible conocimientos en el ámbito (electricidad, pintura, reparaciones...). 

-Se valora conocimientos tratamiento de aguas (para piscinas). 

-Liderazgo de equipos, capacidad de organización, resolución de problemas.
