Technical Architect. Site Manager (M/F/X)

Job Mission

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join the technical team and provide support to the Technical Management in the management and supervision of new-build residential projects, mainly developments with more than 10 homes.

The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive monitoring of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and current regulations, acting as a technical liaison with the different agents involved in each project.

What you'll do

  • Support the Technical Management during the execution of residential works.
  • Carry out technical, economic, and schedule monitoring of assigned projects.
  • Supervise the correct execution of works on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage certifications, measurements, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Attend meetings and prepare corresponding progress reports.
  • Review projects and detect potential technical issues, proposing solutions.
  • Verify compliance with applicable regulations regarding construction, safety, and quality.
  • Manage project modifications and document control.
