Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician (Training Contract) (H/M/X) Manpower Engineering is currently seeking an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician (Junior) to work at INTERMALTA San Adrián, a leading company in malt manufacturing.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support in executing the preventive maintenance plan, performing basic scheduled tasks in industrial and auxiliary facilities.
  • Collaborate in corrective and curative maintenance tasks, lubrication, and machinery repairs, under the supervision of the technical team.
  • Support in reviewing and ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate in the organization, control, and replenishment of materials in the maintenance warehouse.
  • Basic recording of interventions performed in the maintenance management tool (CMMS).
Requirements:
  • Higher Level Vocational Training completed between 2023 and 2025 in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechatronics, electricity, or similar.
  • Previous experience in industrial environments or internships in industrial maintenance will be valued.
  • Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, or general maintenance in industrial environments.
  • Interest in learning and developing in the field of industrial maintenance.
  • Availability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
  • Training in occupational safety is desirable.
