💰 Competitive salary + incentives
You will enjoy a fixed salary of €18,000 gross per year, plus an attractive bonus system that rewards your commitment and results.

🕒 A schedule that supports work-life balance
You will work rotating morning and afternoon shifts:

• Morning: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

In addition, you will only work alternate Saturdays when you are on the afternoon shift, helping you plan your time more effectively.

Serás la persona que acompañe a cada cliente durante su proceso de compra, escuchando sus necesidades y recomendando los productos y soluciones que mejor se adapten a cada proyecto.

Gracias a tu asesoramiento, contribuirás a crear una experiencia de compra excelente, generando confianza y fidelizando a los clientes.

• Asesorarás a los clientes de forma personalizada.
• Impulsarás la venta de productos de pintura, jardinería, fontanería y bricolaje.
• Detectarás oportunidades de venta ofreciendo soluciones adaptadas a cada necesidad.
• Gestionarás pedidos y realizarás el seguimiento de las ventas.
• Colaborarás en el control de stock y la reposición de productos.
• Garantizarás una experiencia de compra excelente.

Haber trabajado en la venta de productos de pintura, jardinería, fontanería, ferretería o bricolaje te ayudará a comprender las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer el mejor asesoramiento.

Entiendes la venta como una forma de ayudar al cliente y te motiva alcanzar resultados ofreciendo siempre un servicio excelente.

💰 Salario competitivo + incentivos

🕒 Horario que favorece la conciliación
Trabajarás en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde:

• Mañana: 09:00 a 15:00
• Tarde: 15:00 a 21:00

Además, solo trabajarás sábados alternos cuando estés en turno de tarde, favoreciendo una mejor planificación de tu tiempo.
