You will be part of an international team that is key to the relationship with clients in the German and Austrian market. Your focus will be on providing an effective, approachable, and solution-oriented service.

• Manage client data and update our records in accordance with current regulations.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved, fostering merchant satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve issues to consolidate data and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest quality in case management, prioritizing regulatory compliance, efficiency, and consistency.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal partners and our merchants.
• You will keep databases and internal documentation up to date.

✔️ Intermediate German (B1-B2)

• Ability to hold regular professional conversations.
• Understanding and managing emails in German.
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
• Ability to resolve simple queries and issues in German.

✔️ Clear and professional communication Your experience in customer service and your ability to communicate effectively will allow you to build trust and provide quality service from the very first contact.

📝 Initial contract + stability
10-month contract with the possibility of continuity

💰 Competitive salary package
Base salary of €25,000 gross per year + €165/month in Restaurant Vouchers.

📍 Hybrid model from Madrid
You will work in a hybrid format, based in the IFEMA area (Madrid), combining comfort and connection with your team.

⏰ Stable office hours
Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Your free time is yours.

Formarás parte de un equipo internacional clave para la relación con clientes del mercado Alemán y Austria . Tu foco estará en ofrecer un servicio eficaz, cercano y orientado a la solución.

• Gestionar los datos de los clientes y actualizar nuestros registros conforme a la normativa vigente.
• Comunicarse eficazmente con todas las partes implicadas, fomentando la satisfacción de los comerciantes.
• Investigar y resolver problemas para consolidar los datos y subsanar las deficiencias.
• Mantener un contacto regular con las partes interesadas clave.
• Garantizar la máxima calidad en la gestión de casos, priorizando el cumplimiento normativo, la eficiencia y la coherencia.
• Mantener una excelente relación con los socios internos y nuestros comerciantes.
• Mantendrás actualizadas las bases de datos y la documentación interna.

✔️ Alemán intermedio (B1-B2)

• Capacidad para mantener conversaciones profesionales habituales.
• Comprensión y gestión de correos electrónicos en alemán.
• Comunicación efectiva con clientes y compañeros en el día a día.
• Capacidad para resolver consultas e incidencias sencillas en alemán.

✔️ Comunicación clara y profesional Tu experiencia en atención al cliente y tu habilidad para comunicarte de forma efectiva te permitirán generar confianza y ofrecer un servicio de calidad desde el primer contacto.

✔️ Proactividad y orientación a resultados Si disfrutas resolviendo incidencias, organizando tu trabajo con autonomía y prestando atención a los detalles, encontrarás en esta posición una excelente oportunidad para desarrollarte.

📝 Contrato inicial + estabilidad

💰 Paquete salarial competitivo
Salario base de 25.000€ brutos anuales + 165€/mes en Ticket Restaurante.

📍 Modelo híbrido desde Madrid
Trabajarás en formato híbrido, con base en la zona de IFEMA (Madrid), combinando comodidad y conexión con tu equipo.

⏰ Horario estable de oficina
De lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 18:00h. Tu tiempo libre es para ti.
