Manpower is recruiting for an important winery in Jerez a German Tourism Guide to conduct guided tours and provide assistance to national and international visitors.

Duties

- Conducting guided tours of the winery facilities.
- Attending to and accompanying visitors.
- Explaining the history, production process, and products of the winery.
- Providing customer service and answering questions.
- Ensuring an excellent experience during the visit.

Requirements

- Advanced level of German, essential.
- Additionally, proficiency in English or French.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good presentation and professional attitude.
- Dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented person.
- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexible working hours.

GUÍA DE TURISMO ALEMÁN - BODEGA DE JEREZ (H/M/X)

Manpower selecciona para importante bodega de Jerez, Guía de Turismo para realizar visitas guiadas y atención a visitantes nacionales e internacionales.

Funciones

- Realización de visitas guiadas a las instalaciones de la bodega.
- Atención y acompañamiento de visitantes.
- Explicación de la historia, elaboración y productos de la bodega.
- Atención al cliente y resolución de dudas.
- Garantizar una experiencia excelente durante la visita.

Requisitos

- Nivel alto de alemán, imprescindible.
- Además, dominio de inglés o francés.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
- Buena presencia y actitud profesional.
- Persona dinámica, responsable y con orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.
- Flexibilidad horaria.

- Formación previa a cargo de la empresa sobre la bodega, el producto y el desarrollo de las visitas.
