About the position

An important company in the food sector, in the midst of a growth and industrial development process, is looking to bring on board a Production and Quality Manager to lead plant operations and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating production, managing quality, and implementing new industrial projects, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, operational efficiency, and product quality.

They will be responsible for directing and coordinating the plant's Production and Quality areas, ensuring the proper functioning of operations, compliance with current food regulations, and the implementation of new processes, equipment, and quality management systems.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the plant's daily production, ensuring production targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
