What you'll do
Your mission will be:
· Provide complete advice to customers in their area of activity (DIY, construction, decoration, garden), with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Manage the administrative part of the purchasing process as well as resolve any incidents and questions that may arise during it, personalising and offering positive shopping experiences.
How you'll work
40 hours per week
Rotating shifts (M and A) with the corresponding breaks
Requirements
Experience in Sales in the retail sector (minimum 1 year)
Desirable experience in DIY, Renovation/Rehabilitation, Wood, Decoration or Garden products
Customer orientation and service vocation
