We are looking for a Team Supervisor for an outsourcing service on-site, specialized in parts verification and quality control.

A key role where you will have autonomy, responsibility, and direct client contact, ensuring the entire production process runs efficiently, safely, and with quality.

• Leading and organizing the production team, assigning tasks and resources.
• Ensuring productivity and quality KPIs are met.
• Supervising parts verification and validating the correct execution of the process.
• Managing technical and operational issues on-site.
• Coordinating with the client and internal departments (quality, maintenance, logistics).
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules, order, and cleanliness.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and participating in audits.
• Controlling PPE, consumables, and materials needed for the service.
• Preparing daily follow-up reports on production progress.

• Previous experience as a team supervisor, lead hand, or shift manager in the industrial sector.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet KPIs.
• Proactivity, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in industrial outsourcing or on-site client services is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality or production processes (highly valued).

• Salary: €2,485 gross/month
• ➕ Quarterly incentives for KPI achievement (variable bonus).
• 📅 Monday to Friday schedule
• 🔄 Rotating shifts:
  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
• 📜 Permanent Contract - Industry Collective Agreement

Jefe de Turno- Verificación de Piezas (H/M/X) Villabona

Buscamos un Jefe/a de Equipo para un servicio de outsourcing en planta, especializado en verificación de piezas y control de calidad.

Una posición clave donde tendrás autonomía, responsabilidad y contacto directo con cliente, asegurando que todo el proceso productivo funcione con eficacia, calidad y seguridad.

• Liderar y organizar al equipo de producción, distribuyendo tareas y recursos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs de productividad y calidad.
• Supervisar la verificación de piezas y validar la correcta ejecución del proceso.
• Gestionar incidencias técnicas y operativas en planta.
• Coordinarte con cliente y departamentos internos (calidad, mantenimiento, logística).
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de PRL, orden y limpieza.
• Detectar oportunidades de mejora continua y participar en auditorías.
• Controlar EPIs, consumibles y materiales necesarios para el servicio.
• Elaborar seguimiento diario del avance de producción.

• Experiencia previa como jefe/a de equipo, encargado/a o responsable de turno en el sector industrial.
• Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de personas.
• Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs.
• Proactividad, organización y resolución de problemas.
• Valorable experiencia en outsourcing industrial o servicios en cliente.
• Conocimientos de calidad o procesos productivos (muy valorable).

• Salario: 2.485 € brutos/mes
• ➕ Incentivos trimestrales por cumplimiento de KPIs (bonus variable).
• 📅 Jornada de lunes a viernes
• 🔄 Turnos rotativos:
  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
• 📜 Contrato Indefinido- Convenio de Industria
