First-class skilled tradesperson and Factory Supervisor (M/F) From Manpower Engineering, we are looking for a profile

(M/F)

to work at Intermalta San Adrián, a leading company in malt manufacturing.

• Supervision of the entire automated manufacturing process of the product and by-products in a continuous production environment (365 days/year).
• Supervision and control of the malting, germination, roasting and by-product manufacturing processes, as well as auxiliary facilities (boilers, water treatment plant, cold storage, etc.). Collection of various samples.
• Storage silos: Supervision and control of automated barley receiving and malt shipping via automated truck loading, and data entry into the computer system.
• Bagging and palletizing of raw materials.
• Execution of tasks assigned daily and in writing on work orders, and daily completion of reports electronically.
• Execution of the plant's industrial cleaning plan using manual and mechanical means and with the use of chemical products.

• Permanent contract with our client
• Salary range €31,000 - €35,000
• Rotating shift system of morning, afternoon and night
• Training in occupational safety and on-the-job training until it is confirmed that the worker can perform their duties autonomously.

• Intermediate Vocational Training (preferably technical qualifications).
• Over 18 years of age, driver's license and own vehicle.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar industrial roles (supervision and control of industrial processes).
• Proficiency in computer use (Computer and Tablet) is essential.
• Training in occupational safety and a safety culture in industrial environments, as well as food, quality and environmental standards, is valued.
• Availability to work shifts in the morning, afternoon and night, Monday through Sunday.

para trabajar en Intermalta San Adrián, compañía líder en la fabricación de malta.

• Supervisión del proceso automatizado completo de fabricación del producto y subproductos en un entorno de producción continua (365 días/año).
• Supervisión y Control de los procesos de remojo, germinación, tostado y fabricación de subproductos, así como de las instalaciones auxiliares (calderas, depuradora, sala de frío, etc.). Toma de diferentes muestras.
• Silos de almacenamiento: Supervisión y control de recepción automatizada de cebada y expedición de malta en carga automatizada de camiones e introducción de datos en sistema informático.
• Ensacado y paletización de materia prima.
• Ejecución de las tareas asignadas diariamente y por escrito en los partes de trabajo y cumplimentación diaria de partes informáticamente.
• Ejecución del plan de limpieza industrial de la planta usando medios manuales y mecánicos y con el uso de productos químicos.

• Banda salarial 31.000€ - 35.000€
• Sistema de turnos rotativo de mañana, tarde y noche
• Formación en seguridad laboral y en el puesto hasta cerciorarse que el trabajador puede desempeñar sus funciones con autonomía

¿Hablamos?

• Formación Profesional Grado Medio (preferiblemente titulaciones técnicas).
• Mayor de 18 años, carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones similares industriales (supervisión y control de procesos industriales).
• Imprescindible manejo de equipos informáticos (Ordenador y Tablet).
• Valorable formación en seguridad laboral y cultura de seguridad en entornos industriales y normas alimentarias, calidad y medioambiente.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos de mañana, tarde y noche de lunes a domingo.
