• Loading the van at the Valle de Trápaga logistics center with the route already optimized for the day.
• Delivering packages efficiently and safely, following the order of the route.
• Driving through nearby towns, prioritizing smooth driving and a careful delivery experience.
• Managing your deliveries at your own pace, with real autonomy and no constant supervision.
• Coordinating with the team when issues arise (failed deliveries, route changes, or operational needs).
• Following handling and delivery procedures to ensure proper traceability.

• At least 1 year of driving experience with a valid license and 8 or more points on it.
• Availability to start training and begin working right away.
• Ability to organize yourself to follow the route and meet delivery times without needing supervision.
• A responsible, proactive attitude focused on service quality.
• Commitment to road safety and proper care of the vehicle during the shift.
• Daily availability to report to the Valle de Trápaga logistics center (having your own transportation is recommended).
• Valuable but not required: previous experience in delivery or customer service.

Job conditions: 38-hour workweek, morning shift starting around 10:00 AM, no split shifts or night work. Routes in rural or semi-urban areas with less city traffic. Salary: €12.13/hour gross, paid for hours worked. Initial one-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Si te gusta moverte con libertad, te ofrecemos una incorporación inmediata, formación práctica de un día y un puesto pensado para que puedas centrarte en lo importante: entregar con seguridad y eficiencia.

• Cargar la furgoneta en el centro logístico de Valle de Trápaga con la ruta optimizada para el día.
• Realizar la entrega de paquetería de forma eficiente, segura y respetando el orden de la ruta.
• Conducir por pueblos cercanos, priorizando una conducción tranquila y una experiencia de entrega cuidada.
• Gestionar tus entregas a tu ritmo, con autonomía real y sin supervisión constante.
• Coordinarte con el equipo ante incidencias (entregas fallidas, incidencias de ruta o necesidades operativas).
• Respetar los procedimientos de manipulación y entrega para garantizar la correcta trazabilidad.

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia con el carné de conducir y contar con 8 puntos o más.
• Disponibilidad para formarte y empezar de manera inmediata.
• Capacidad de organización para seguir la ruta y cumplir tiempos sin necesidad de supervisión continua.
• Actitud responsable, resolutiva y orientada a la calidad del servicio.
• Compromiso con la seguridad vial y el cuidado del vehículo durante la jornada.
• Disponibilidad diaria para acudir al centro logístico de Valle de Trápaga (se recomienda disponer de medio de transporte propio).
• Valorable: experiencia previa en reparto o atención al cliente (no imprescindible).

Condiciones del puesto: jornada de 38h semanales, turno de mañana con inicio aproximado a las 10:00h, sin turnos partidos ni nocturnos. Rutas en zonas rurales o semiurbanas, con menos tráfico urbano. Salario: 12,13€/hora bruta, cobrando por las horas trabajadas. Contrato inicial mensual con opción de continuidad según desempeño.
