HSE Technician (M/F/X)

From Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are selecting an HSE Technician (M/F/X) to join a solid company in the industrial sector, a leader in its field and part of a benchmark multinational group. It is a growing organization with a technical culture and a focus on continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Management of the Health and Safety system in accordance with current regulations.
  • Occupational risk assessment and monitoring of preventive action plans.
  • Site visits to control safety conditions (mainly in Catalonia, northern Spain, Ciudad Real, and Portugal).
  • Preparation and updating of preventive documentation:
    • Risk assessments
    • Health and Safety Plans
    • Procedures and instructions
  • Coordination with the External Prevention Service (currently in place, with plans for future internalization).
  • Investigation of accidents/incidents and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Health and safety training and information for workers.
  • Monitoring compliance with legal regulations on safety.
  • Promoting a preventive culture on site, working closely with site managers, supervisors, and technical profiles.

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Friday: intensive working day until 3:00 PM
    • Intensive working day in July and August
