What will your duties be?

You will be the voice of the brand and the first point of contact for the customer, helping them find the sleep product that best suits their needs and supporting them throughout the entire process.

Your work will have a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and project results, adding value in every interaction.

In your day-to-day:

• You will assist customers through various channels, resolving questions and managing requests with warmth and professionalism.
• You will advise on sleep products, contributing to sales growth from a consultative approach.
• You will interact on social media and web chats, providing quick responses and a quality digital experience.

• Permanent discontinuous contract
• Part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, with the possibility of extension: Ideal for combining with studies, other projects, or your personal life.
• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Salary: €993.65 gross per month, according to the Contact Center sector collective agreement

• Previous experience as a call center agent, in customer service, or in sales. 
• Communication and active listening skills: key to understanding the customer and offering them exactly what they need.
• Immediate availability and availability to work weekends. 
• Native or advanced knowledge and communication skills in Portuguese (other languages are a plus). A plus that will allow you to serve more customers and add even more value to the service.

Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo tanto en la satisfacción del cliente como en los resultados del proyecto, aportando valor en cada interacción.

En tu día a día:

• Atenderás a clientes por distintos canales, resolviendo dudas y gestionando solicitudes con cercanía y profesionalidad.
• Asesorarás sobre productos de descanso, contribuyendo al crecimiento de las ventas desde un enfoque consultivo.
• Interactuarás en redes sociales y chats web, ofreciendo respuestas ágiles y una experiencia digital de calidad.

• Habilidades de comunicación y escucha activa: clave para entender al cliente y ofrecerle exactamente lo que necesita.
• Disponibilidad inmediata y para trabajar fines de semana. 
• Conocimiento y comunicación nativa o avanzada de portugués (valorable otros idiomas). Un plus que te permitirá atender a más clientes y aportar aún más valor al servicio.
