What you'll do

  • You will participate in the analysis and resolution of labor law consultations (hiring, social security, disciplinary matters, PRL, among others).
  • You will provide support to the different Human Resources units on labor matters at both a national and international level.
  • You will have direct communication with the legal representatives of the workers.
  • You will provide legal-labor advisory services to the different areas of the company.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional projects with other Human Resources areas.
  • You will support external advisors in the preparation of labor judicial proceedings.

What we're looking for

  • At least five years of experience in:
    • Advisory services to companies on Labor Law and Social Security matters.
    • Union relations and collective bargaining.
    • Advisory services on national and international labor matters and cases.
    • Coordination of projects in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
    • Labor compliance and knowledge of the application of AI in the Human Resources field.
    • Development and implementation of Human Resources policies at an international level.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office 365 environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Skills: We are looking for a proactive, discreet person with strong teamwork skills, communication abilities, negotiation skills, and a client-oriented approach, as well as proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence tools.

Education & certifications

  • Education: University degree in Law, Double Degree in Law + Business Administration or Law and Economics. We will positively value a master's degree specializing in Labor Relations or Human Resources.

Languages

  • English level: C1 (Advanced).
