Welder / Boilermaker

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Welder/Boilermaker for our MWS department to join our team in Terrassa.

The mission of the position is as follows:

Assemble, weld, and verify special or serial mechanically welded equipment belonging to pressure vessels or equipment in contact with the product (PED, ASME) and vacuum, fluid, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, piping, and fittings according to pharmaceutical industry standards to ensure that welds and assembly are carried out in accordance with these regulations (GMPs).

• Minimum training: Intermediate Vocational Training (FPII) and/or Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM/CFGS) in mechanics and/or electro-mechanics and/or similar training and/or training acquired through the development of their usual profession.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a boilermaker and/or TIG welder of special stainless steel machinery and automatic MIG welding for the Welder Officer position.
• Service orientation, organizational skills/order and cleanliness, flexibility and availability, teamwork, self-control, productivity, ability to learn, and good relationships with colleagues.

• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally for start-ups (occasionally).
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or central shifts depending on production needs.

La misión de la posición es la siguiente:

Ensamblar, soldar y verificar los equipos especiales o seriados mecano soldados pertenecientes a recipientes sometidos a presión o en contacto con el producto (PED, ASME) e instalaciones de vacío, fluido, sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos, tuberías y accesorios según las normas de la industria farmacéutica para asegurar que las soldaduras y el montaje se realice de acuerdo con estas normativas (GMP’S).

• Formación mínima de FPII y/o CFGM y/o CFGS de mecánica y/o electro-mecánica y/o formación similar y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual.
• Conocimientos de hidráulica, neumática y electricidad.
• Experiencia mínima de 4 años como calderero/a y/o soldador/a TIG de maquinaria especial de acero inoxidable y soldadura MIG automática para la posición de Welder Officer.
• Vocación de servicio, capacidad de organización/orden y limpieza, flexibilidad y disponibilidad, trabajo en equipo, autocontrol, productividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y relación con los compañeros.

• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
• Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacional para puestas en marcha (puntualmente).
• Disponibilidad para realizar turnos de mañana, tarde y/o central en función de las necesidades productivas.
