Early Years Care Assistant. British School

Important international educational institution, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, is looking to hire a Care Assistant on a temporary contract to support the educational team in the care and well-being of students during the school day.

The selected person will collaborate closely with the teaching and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and appropriate environment for student development.

• Support teaching staff in the supervision and care of students during the school day.
• Assist students with personal care needs when necessary.
• Collaborate in the organization of school and recreational activities inside and outside the classroom.
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and attention of students at all times.
• Provide support to students who may require individual attention or additional assistance.
• Collaborate with the educational team to foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, and movements within the school.
• Communicate any relevant incidents regarding student well-being to the teaching staff.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings.
• Sensitivity and a vocation for the care and support of minors.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Importante Institución Educativa internacional, situado en Pozuelo de Alarcón, busca incorporar un/a Care Assistant con contrato temporal para apoyar al equipo educativo en el cuidado y bienestar de los alumnos durante la jornada escolar.

La persona seleccionada colaborará estrechamente con el profesorado y el personal del centro para garantizar un entorno seguro, inclusivo y adecuado para el desarrollo de los estudiantes.

• Apoyar al profesorado en la supervisión y cuidado de los alumnos durante la jornada escolar.
• Asistir a los estudiantes en necesidades básicas de cuidado personal cuando sea necesario.
• Colaborar en la organización de actividades escolares y recreativas dentro y fuera del aula.
• Garantizar el bienestar, seguridad y atención de los alumnos en todo momento.
• Prestar apoyo a alumnos que puedan requerir atención individual o acompañamiento adicional.
• Colaborar con el equipo educativo para fomentar un entorno positivo, inclusivo y respetuoso.
• Supervisar a los alumnos durante recreos, comedor y desplazamientos dentro del centro.
• Comunicar al personal docente cualquier incidencia relevante relacionada con el bienestar de los estudiantes.

• Se valorará nivel de inglés y formación relacionada con educación infantil, integración social o cuidados.
