Instructional Designer | EAE Business School

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking to hire an Instructional Designer for our school EAE Business School, belonging to the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Conceptualize and develop training programs, defining the characteristics, values, and methodology of the courses, selecting the experts and professionals who will participate, and coordinating the content creation process while ensuring training quality.

• Commission content and resources according to the curriculum or training program plan.
• Define methodologies, learning paths, and criteria, adapting content to the needs of each program.
• Coordinate experts, authors, and providers throughout the entire content creation process.
• Supervise the pedagogical quality of the training programs, from conceptualization to monitoring the student experience.
• Conceptualize new learning formats and ensure the currency and quality of content and resources.
• Manage the planning, budget, and achievement of milestones for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Analyze program performance and propose continuous improvements based on quality and learning indicators.

What would we like to see on your CV?

• Education or management-related academic background.
• At least 3 years of experience developing training projects, preferably in higher education.
• Knowledge of authoring tools and educational technologies such as Genially, AI tools, or similar.
• Professional-level English is valued.
