MARLEX: ENAMELER/ENAMELERA - CERAMIC SECTOR

As an Enameler/Enamelera, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct application of enamel on ceramic pieces, overseeing the proper operation of the enameling line, and ensuring the product meets established quality standards.

• Prepare and control the enamels according to production specifications.
• Supervise the proper operation of the enameling line and application equipment.
• Adjust machine parameters to ensure a uniform application of the enamel.
• Perform visual and quality checks on the enameled pieces.
• Detect possible defects or issues during the process and report them to the production supervisor.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and work area.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure production targets are met.
• Comply with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Previous experience in enameling lines or production processes in the ceramic sector.
• Responsible, organized, methodical person with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Own vehicle to access the workplace.

• Experience in adjusting enameling machinery and quality control of ceramic pieces will be valued.

• Immediate start.
• Initial contract through Marlex with the possibility of being hired directly by the company.
• Initial training provided by the company.
• Job stability and a good working environment.

• Full-time.
• Schedule: rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night, Monday to Friday.

MARLEX: ESMALTADOR/A - SECTOR CERÀMIC

T'agradaria formar part d'una empresa referent del sector ceràmic? A Marlex estem col·laborant amb una important empresa del sector ceràmic que busca incorporar un/a Esmaltador/a per reforçar el seu equip de producció.

Com a Esmaltador/a, seràs la persona encarregada d'assegurar la correcta aplicació de l'esmalt sobre les peces ceràmiques, vetllant pel bon funcionament de la línia d'esmaltat i garantint que el producte compleixi els estàndards de qualitat establerts.

• Preparar i controlar els esmalts segons les especificacions de producció.
• Supervisar el correcte funcionament de la línia d'esmaltat i dels equips d'aplicació.
• Regular els paràmetres de les màquines per garantir una aplicació uniforme de l'esmalt.
• Realitzar controls visuals i de qualitat de les peces esmaltades.
• Detectar possibles defectes o incidències durant el procés i comunicar-los al responsable de producció.
• Fer el manteniment bàsic i la neteja dels equips i de la zona de treball.
• Col·laborar amb la resta de l'equip per garantir el compliment dels objectius de producció.
• Complir les normes de qualitat, seguretat i prevenció de riscos laborals.

• Experiència prèvia en línies d'esmaltat o en processos productius del sector ceràmic.
• Persona responsable, organitzada, metòdica i amb capacitat de treballar en equip.
• Disponibilitat per treballar en torns rotatius de matí, tarda i nit.
• Vehicle propi per accedir al lloc de treball.

• Es valorarà experiència en l'ajust de maquinària d'esmaltat i en el control de qualitat de peces ceràmiques.

• Incorporació immediata.
