• Will preferably work with the extruder, but will also provide support in other sections such as the mill or silo, and even more so if the extruder is stopped for a few days.

§Mill (dump the material onto the conveyor belt, very manual work)

§Silo (hopper that unifies the material, the front loader is very important here for loading and unloading)

§Extrusion (machine that melts plastic at high temperatures and shapes it into pellets, here it is very important to control the machine parameters and the front loader for loading and unloading the machine)

• A valid forklift license and experience are essential, along with safety boots and long trousers.

• Their schedule changes every week due to the rotating shift system, which requires commitment and planning. They have compact schedules and weeks with plenty of rest, but also tough weeks like week 3.

§Week 1: Monday to Friday mornings (6am-2pm) and weekend off

§Week 2: Monday to Friday afternoons (2pm-10pm) and weekend off

§Week 3: Monday to Friday nights (10pm-6am) and weekend night shift 12h (6pm-6am)

§Week 4: Monday to Friday off and weekend morning shift 12h (6am-6pm)

§Week 5: Monday to Sunday off

• Once the three months are completed, their transition to a permanent extrusion operator position can be considered.

• Trabajará preferentemente con la extrusora, pero también dará soporte en otras secciones como molino o silo y todavía más si la extrusora la tenemos algunos días parada

§Molino (volcar el material en la cinta, trabajo muy manual)

§Silo (tolva que unifica el material, es muy importante la carretilla frontal aquí para cargar y vaciar)

§Extrusión (máquina que funde el plástico a altas temperaturas y le da la forma de granza, aquí es muy importante controlar los parámetros de la maquina y la carretilla frontal para llenar y vaciar la maquina)

• Imprescindible carnet carretillero en vigor y experiencia, botas de seguridad y pantalón largo.

• Su horario cada semana es diferente al tener quinto turno, esto requiere compromiso y planificación. Tiene horarios compactos y semanas de mucho descanso, pero también hay semanas duras como la 3.

§Semana 1: de lunes a viernes de mañanas (6-14h) y fin de semana descanso

§Semana 2: de lunes a viernes de tardes (14-22h) y fin de semana descanso

§Semana 3: de lunes a viernes de noches (22-6h) y fin de semana de noche 12h (18h-6h)

§Semana 4: de lunes a viernes descanso y fin de semana de mañana 12h (6h-18h)

§Semana 5: de lunes a domingo descanso

• Una vez supere los tres meses, se puede valorar su pase empresa como operario de extrusión
