Logistics Administrative Assistant (Permanent)

Large, well-established company in the meat sector with a strong international presence and exports to more than 20 countries. We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our facilities in Hostalric and provide operational support to the export department.

• Order management: Comprehensive tracking and control of international orders.
• Logistics and transport: Organising loads for sea and road freight.
• Negotiation: Daily coordination and negotiation of terms with freight forwarders.
• Export documentation: Preparation and drafting of invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, labels and certificates.

• Permanent contract
• Salary: €24,000 - €26,000 gross per year

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Administrative knowledge: Basic understanding of transport documentation, invoicing and delivery notes.
• Languages: Fluent level of English (essential for international management).
• Attitude: We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, organised person with a strong desire to learn and grow (we do not require a high level of prior qualification, but rather attitude and drive).
• Residence: Proximity to the Hostalric area and own vehicle will be valued.

Gran empresa consolidada del sector cárnico con una fuerte presencia internacional y exportación a más de 20 países. Buscamos un/a profesional dinámico/a para incorporarse a nuestras instalaciones de Hostalric y dar soporte operativo al departamento de exportación.

• Gestión de pedidos: Seguimiento y control integral de los pedidos internacionales.
• Logística y transporte: Organización de cargas para transporte marítimo y terrestre.
• Negociación: Coordinación diaria y negociación de condiciones con transitarios.
• Documentación de exportación: Elaboración y preparación de facturas, packing lists, albaranes, etiquetas y certificados.

• Contrato indefinido
• Salario: 24.000 - 26.000€ B/A

• Horario: de lunes a viernes de 8:00h a 16:30h

• Nociones administrativas: Conocimientos básicos en documentación de transporte, facturación y albaranes.
• Idiomas: Nivel fluido de Inglés (imprescindible para la gestión internacional).
• Actitud: Buscamos a una persona dinámica, proactiva, organizada y con muchas ganas de aprender y crecer (no requerimos una alta cualificación previa, sino actitud y empuje).
• Residencia: Valorable proximidad a la zona de Hostalric y vehículo propio.
