Packaging Section Manager

From Marlex Professionals we are collaborating with an important company in the meat sector, located in the province of Girona, which is looking for a Packaging Section Manager to join their team.

• Organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the packaging section, ensuring the proper development of the activity.
• Supervising a team of approximately 7 to 10 people distributed across different production lines, promoting a good working environment.
• Planning and controlling the vacuum packaging process for different products, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the entire production process.
• Managing any incidents that may arise during production and driving improvement actions to optimize processes.
• Coordinating transversally with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure the proper functioning of the section.

• You bring previous experience managing production teams, preferably in the food or meat sector.
• You have leadership, organization, and planning skills in production environments.

• You are skilled at making decisions, working under pressure, and managing incidents efficiently.
• Experience in vacuum packaging processes will be positively valued, as well as knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

Des de Marlex Professionals estem col·laborant amb una important empresa del sector carni, ubicada a la província de Girona, que es troba en cerca d'un/a Encarregat/da de la Secció d'Envasat per incorporar-se al seu equip.

Es tracta d'una oportunitat per formar part d'una empresa consolidada i referent en el sector, on tindràs un paper clau en la coordinació de la producció, la gestió d'equips i la millora contínua dels processos.

• Organitzar i coordinar el funcionament diari de la secció d'envasat, assegurant el correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat.
• Supervisar un equip d'aproximadament 7 a 10 persones distribuïdes en diferents línies de producció, promovent un bon ambient de treball.
• Planificar i controlar el procés d'envasat al buit dels diferents productes, garantint el compliment dels terminis establerts.
• Vetllar pel compliment dels estàndards de qualitat, higiene i seguretat alimentària durant tot el procés productiu.
• Gestionar les incidències que puguin sorgir durant la producció i impulsar accions de millora per optimitzar els processos.
• Coordinar-te de manera transversal amb els departaments de Producció, Qualitat, Manteniment i Logística per garantir el correcte funcionament de la secció.
