After-Sales Service Advisor

You will be in charge of organizing the workshop reception, providing an initial diagnosis of the fault, and planning the reception of vehicles based on the workshop's capacity. You will also be responsible for the commercial management of the workshop section, in repair and maintenance, as well as the sale of accessory products and services.

What will your tasks be?

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the work in the after-sales service is fluid and efficient, maintaining order and cleanliness in the operation.

• You will assist customers throughout the entire process, offering an excellent quality of service.

• You will be in charge of monitoring the vehicle delivery and the final control.

• You will coordinate with the rest of the after-sales areas to offer an excellent global service, which enhances the commercialization of the different products and services of the after-sales area.
