About the role

We are looking for: Lead Engineer Cloud AWS / SRE

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

  • Define the technical vision and lead the SRE strategy, aligning it with business and cloud objectives.
  • Design and optimize AWS infrastructure, improving reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead high-level incident management, coordinating response and communications with stakeholders (SNOW, JIRA).
  • Drive continuous platform improvement (resilience, performance, and cost) and automation of operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to ensure compliance with Landing Zone standards.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience in cloud environments and technical leadership roles (SRE/Cloud).
  • Mastery of AWS: Landing Zone (LZ), Direct Connect, AWS Organizations, SCPs.
  • Solid experience with EKS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in critical incident management and tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA.
  • Experience leading technical teams in SRE environments.
  • Minimum English level B2 (C1 recommended).
  • Availability for on-call duty: 1 full week per month.
  • Availability for interventions: 4-8 hours/month (in 1 or 2 monthly actions).

Nice to have

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or others).
  • Experience in automation (Infrastructure as Code) and observability.
  • Participation in cost optimization initiatives (FinOps).
