About the role

We are looking for: Senior IT Project Manager.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate with the development service manager.

• Able to follow up with the development team during those periods and carry out the corresponding management in JIRA.

Follow up with the team

. Following up with the maintenance team is not asking in a daily what each person has done and writing it down; you must       understand what everyone is doing, be able to explain it to the client, and detect whether they are working correctly. You must track the time spent on resolving each incident/request and assess whether it is appropriate or whether measures need to be taken with the maintenance team.

  • Monitor monitoring indicators, anticipating the need to take action.
  • Be able to propose root cause analyses based on maintenance data.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance service follow-up reports, including hours consumed and deviations (operational).
  • Prepare monthly follow-up reports (executive).

What we're looking for

Requirements

Mandatory requirements

  • University degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT environments
  • Experience in Spanish Public Administration (AA.PP).
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Certification in at least one of the following standards: PMP (or equivalent), SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least three of the following areas:
  • ICT development project management
  • Monitoring and coordination of programs, projects, or services
  • Team Management
  • Risk management
  • High-level client interaction
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with management tools in at least four of the following categories:
  • Project planning software
  • Risk management tools
  • Reporting tools
  • Indicators and dashboards
  • Collaborative tools
  • Document management systems
  • Office suite

Nice to have

  • ITIL v3 certification in incident and problem management
  • Experience in complex and regulated environments
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and hybrid environments
  • Analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement
