We are looking for a WAITER/WAITRESS

What will your mission be?
As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service during service, providing a satisfactory experience through accurate order taking, food and beverage service, and maintaining the quality, hygiene, and service standards established by the establishment.

Functions

• Take food and drink orders.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

• Clear tables and utensils once service is complete.

• Prepare and keep tables and work areas clean.

• Handle payments and issue invoices or receipts when correspo

• nding.Attend to customer inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como camaroa/a tendrás que garantizar una atención excelente al cliente durante el servicio, ofreciendo una experiencia satisfactoria mediante la correcta toma de pedidos, servicio de alimentos y bebidas, y mantenimiento de los estándares de calidad, higiene y atención establecidos por el establecimiento.

Funciones

• Tomar pedidos de comida y bebida.

• Servir alimentos y bebidas de forma eficiente y profesional.

• Retirar platos y utensilios una vez finalizado el servicio.

• Preparar y mantener limpias las mesas y zonas de trabajo.

• Gestionar cobros y emitir facturas o tickets cuando correspo

• nda.Atender consultas, sugerencias y reclamaciones de los clientes.

• Coordinarse con cocina y barra para asegurar un servicio fluido.
