The role

What you'll do

Contact clients by phone to conduct follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
Collect and record information about the quality of the service provided.
Manage and update databases.
Prepare reports and track results using Excel and other digital tools.
Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the relevant teams.
Ensure a positive experience in every client interaction.

What will your mission be?

You will be the voice of Grupo Nortempo with our clients, contacting them to assess their satisfaction level, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to ensuring the quality of our services is excellent.

Requirements

People with experience or interest in customer service, telemarketing, telephone surveys, or client contact.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in Excel and computer tools at a user level.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
