About the role

At Nortempo Selección we keep growing together with our clients, and we are now looking to add a Team Leader (M/F/W) to coordinate construction works/teams for a leading company in automotive and industrial projects, currently expanding and with a stable workload, located in Badalona.

What you'll do

  • Planning the team's daily work according to the project.

  • Managing and coordinating the team, ensuring an equitable distribution of tasks.

  • Monitoring quality of the electrical installation and compliance with regulations.

  • Coordination with engineering and the Project Manager to resolve technical issues.

  • Control of costs, materials and supply (purchase orders, on-site stock).

  • Review and validation of electrical drawings before execution.

  • Management of on-site safety: permits, risks, lockouts.

  • Monitoring of deadlines and reporting to the project manager.

  • Training and guidance for junior technicians.

  • Participation in start-ups and final commissioning.
