Nortempo Selección is looking for a Site Manager for a major industrial company specializing in precast concrete solutions, with availability to manage projects nationally and internationally.

What you'll do

-Manage contracts, resource allocation, and control of profit and loss accounts.

-Plan and manage the transport and assembly of precast elements on site.

-Negotiate with suppliers for the contracting of necessary services and supplies, as well as supervise tasks and maintain the relationship.

-Maintain direct communication with the client for modifications, claims, issue resolution, and order closing.

-Present and manage quotes and certifications for the client.

-Coordinate the staff under your charge to ensure the correct execution of works and assemblies.

-Review safety plans and develop health and safety procedures for on-site work.
