Logistics Technician

From GRUPO NORTEMPO we are looking, for one of our clients, an important company in the canned goods sector, with international presence and a strong commitment to operational excellence, for a LOGISTICS AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION TECHNICIAN with a more analytical than administrative profile. The selected person will be key to improving processes, optimizing tasks, and bringing a technical and continuous improvement vision to the department.

You will be part of the logistics area, participating both in daily operations and in process analysis and optimization, contributing to the department evolving toward a more efficient, digitalized, and data-driven model.

In addition to the tasks inherent to the logistics area, we are looking for someone capable of going beyond entering data and managing procedures, bringing analytical judgment and optimization proposals.

• Support in analyzing service level, preparing reports, and detecting incidents.

• Management and monitoring of national and international transportation.

• Control and monitoring of stock.

• Direct relationship with Sales, Planning, Production, and Quality.

• Verification and accounting of transportation and warehousing invoices.

• Support in negotiations with logistics suppliers.

• Propose and develop new solutions, tools, and organizational methods that reduce operational workload and increase efficiency.

• Understand the technical side of the logistics process in order to optimize it, not just execute it.

• Immediate start
• Permanent contract.
• Full-time working day: Monday to Thursday, flexible entry between 08:00 and 09:30 until completing 8 hours. Friday, flexible entry between 08:00 and 09:30 until completing 6 hours.
• Competitive annual gross salary, negotiable depending on the profile.

• University education: Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree (preference for Industrial Organization).
• Solid B2 or C1 English (mandatory). French will be valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in the maritime, freight forwarding, or international road transport sector will be valued.
• Knowledge of SAP will be valued.
• Analytical person, skilled with data, focused on optimizing processes, and interested in exploring and using AI tools.
• Methodical, detail-oriented profile, with organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.

Formarás parte del área logística, participando tanto en la operativa diaria como en el análisis y optimización de procesos, contribuyendo a que el departamento evolucione hacia un modelo más eficiente, digitalizado y orientado al dato.

Además de las tareas propias del área logística, buscamos a alguien que sea capaz de ir más allá de introducir datos y gestionar trámites, aportando criterio analítico y propuestas de optimización.

• Apoyo en el análisis del nivel de servicio, elaboración de informes y detección de incidencias.

• Gestión y seguimiento de transporte nacional e internacional.

• Control y seguimiento de stocks.

• Relación directa con Comercial, Planificación, Producción y Calidad.

• Comprobación y contabilización de facturas de transporte y almacenaje.

• Apoyo en la negociación con proveedores logísticos.

• Proponer y desarrollar nuevas soluciones, herramientas y formas de organización que reduzcan carga operativa y aumenten la eficiencia.

• Comprender la parte técnica del proceso logístico para poder optimizarla, no solo ejecutarla.

• Jornada laboral completa: de lunes a jueves entrada flexible entre las 08:00 y las 09:30h hasta completar las 8h. Viernes entrada flexible entre las 08:00 y las 09:30h hasta completar las 6h.
• Salario bruto anual competitivo y negociable en función de perfil.

• Formación universitaria: Ingeniería técnica/superior o Grado (preferencia por Organización).
• Inglés B2 sólido o C1 (imprescindible). Se valorará francés.
• Dominio avanzado de Excel.
• Se valorará experiencia en sector marítimo, transitario o transporte internacional terrestre.
• Se valorarán conocimientos de SAP.
• Persona analítica, con buen manejo de datos, orientada a optimizar procesos y con interés en investigar y utilizar herramientas de IA.
• Perfil metódico, perfeccionista, con capacidad organizativa y de trabajo en equipo.
