Quality Technician Specialist in Agri-Food Cleaning Plan

We are currently seeking a QUALITY TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST IN AGRI-FOOD CLEANING PLAN for Vilafranca del Penedes.

Reporting to the management department, the selected candidate will carry out service coordination tasks between the client and the company. 

Your duties will be: 

• Contract Management: Overseeing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), both financial and operational, across the various plants.
• Food Safety: Ensuring the correct implementation of cleaning and disinfection protocols under current food safety regulations.
• Client Relations: Acting as the direct liaison with quality managers at client companies to resolve issues and report progress.
• Team Management: Leading, training, and organizing the schedules and shifts of the cleaning staff under their supervision.
• Audits and Inspections: Preparing for and defending the hygiene area during health inspections or food safety certifications.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in industrial cleaning service management or contracting, leading operational teams.
• Client Experience: Direct account management and B2B customer service.

• Education: University degree or technical studies in Quality, Food Safety, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Food safety regulations (HACCP, IFS, BRC) and handling of industrial chemical products.

• Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution on-site.
• Autonomy and strong organizational skills.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un TÉCNICO/A DE CALIDAD ESPECIALISTA EN PLAN DE LIMPIEZA AGROALIMENTARIA para Vilafranca del Penedes.

En dependencia de dirección, la persona seleccionada, realizará trabajos de coordinación en el servicio  entre el cliente y empresa. 

Tus funciones serán: 

• Gestión de Contratos: Supervisar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) económicos y operativos en las distintas plantas.
• Seguridad Alimentaria: Garantizar la correcta aplicación de los protocolos de limpieza y desinfección bajo normativas vigentes de calidad alimentaria.
• Relación con el Cliente: Actuar como enlace directo con los responsables de calidad de las empresas cliente para resolver incidencias y reportar avances.
• Gestión de Equipos: Liderar, capacitar y organizar los cuadrantes y turnos del personal de limpieza a su cargo.
• Auditorías e Inspecciones: Preparar y defender el área de higiene ante inspecciones sanitarias o certificaciones de seguridad alimentaria.

• Formación: Estudios universitarios o técnicos en Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Biología, Química, Ingeniería Agrónoma o similar.
• Conocimientos Técnicos: Normativas de inocuidad alimentaria (APPCC/HACCP, IFS, BRC) y manejo de productos químicos industriales.

• Orientación al cliente y capacidad de negociación.
• Liderazgo, gestión de equipos y resolución de conflictos en planta.
• Autonomía y alta capacidad de organización.
