About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Services Manager manages a portfolio of client sites and the associated operational teams from the client offices. They have two main priorities: customer service and operational management efficiency. They will ensure the protection of their client portfolio and lead their team to guarantee service quality, customer satisfaction, and the health and safety of staff.

-          Managing the operational teams of the sites under their responsibility.

-          Ensuring, together with the site managers, that client needs are met and that staff work in a safe and healthy environment.

-          Monitoring, managing, and planning preventive work in accordance with current regulations. 

 

-          Proactively managing the client portfolio, anticipating renewals and changes in client needs, in collaboration with the Commercial Management.

-          Encouraging and maintaining the client relationship, ensuring their satisfaction and the quality of service.

-          Monitoring commercial performance KPIs and proposing areas for improvement.

-          Business development: Preparing budgets for existing clients and conducting commercial visits to potential clients together with the Commercial Department.

-          Managing building maintenance services and installations in the areas of electrical systems, HVAC, Fire Protection Systems (FPS), elevators, and Legionella (prevention of bacterial proliferation).

-          Leading the start-up of new sites (staff transfers and hiring) with the active support of their superior.

-          Managing the tools and machinery used.

-          Supervising and validating weekly time records.

-          Implementing digitalisation projects at the sites under their responsibility.

-          Supervising and managing the training of the teams at the work sites.

-          Analysing financial statements and implementing action plans to correct any deviations. Anticipating potential problems and seeking solutions in collaboration with the Support area.

-          Reviewing the budget for staff to be transferred, and supervising the labour movements of new contracts in their area.

-          Searching for suppliers and managing and supervising material purchases.

Requirements

-          University education in Engineering or Architecture. Technical engineer or higher qualification.

-          At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance services manager.

-          Knowledge of technical regulations (Technical Maintenance Guide for Technical Installations (RITE), electrical systems, etc.).

-          Advanced level of Microsoft Office. Particularly Excel.

-          Driving licence.
