At ORBIDI, we continue to evolve our AI-native model and are looking for Tech Leads to lead not only technical squads, but also the design, launch, and scaling of AI systems for marketing automation, within a high-growth technological environment.

This role will be key in defining the future of the company: combining technical leadership, hands-on individual contribution, and execution to drive production AI systems, technical scalability, and the building of solid squads aligned with the product strategy.

🎯Your mission
Define, lead, and execute the technical architecture and development of ORBIDI's AI systems, leading squads of AI Engineers, ensuring quality, development speed, and total alignment with the AI-native product roadmap.

💼What you will do

• Design and execute the technical architecture of the AI squad systems, aligned with product objectives.

• Lead the squad's technical development: requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of AI pipelines.

• Identify new technical opportunities for optimization and scalability in marketing systems.

• Lead, mentor, and scale the AI Engineers squad, creating a culture of technical excellence.

• Supervise and optimize technical metrics: story points/sprint, production incidents, test coverage.

• Define and ensure compliance with technical KPIs: squad velocity, quality, time-to-production.

• Make data-driven technical decisions, analyzing system performance and bottlenecks.

• Work cross-functionally with the Product Manager and other Tech Leads for technical coherence.

• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and operational excellence.

• Guarantee the advanced use of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Represent the technical squad in product meetings, participating in the roadmap definition.

💡What we are looking for in you

• More than 4 years of senior development experience, with 1-2 years leading technical squads.

• Proven experience in production AI/LLM environments, shipping real systems.

• A solid track record leading scalable system architecture and small teams.

• A strategic technical profile with high hands-on capacity.

• Experience in Python engineering + advanced LLMs (RAG, agents, fine-tuning).

• Ability to operate in contexts of technical ambiguity and accelerated growth.

• Excellent technical, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills.
