As a SUPERVISOR, your responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise and coordinate the technical team in charge (including subcontractors), including timesheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking.

  • Provide technical support and advice to the team, clients, and prescribers, both by phone, email, or in person.

  • Coordinate with the Director of Works for needs and technical assistance.

  • Manage units in the portfolio through registration in internal systems (SICO), as well as coordinate and monitor these units.

  • Manage personnel under your supervision, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes and technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5-10-5 techniques, etc., ensuring that team performance aligns with the company's needs.
