Elevator Technician (m/f) at Otis Denia

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in your assigned area.

• Responding proactively to fault diagnosis and repairs, with the goal of achieving a solution.

• Carrying out assigned repairs to ensure continuous operation.

• Maintaining direct contact with the client to establish a good working relationship.

• Being proactive in implementing technical improvements and updates.

• Advising the client on how to improve equipment performance.

• Complying with established safety and environmental standards.

MANDATORY to hold the maintenance technician certificate or one of the following qualifications:

• Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics.
• Higher Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance.
• Higher Degree in Industrial Equipment Maintenance.
• Intermediate Degree in Installation and Electromechanical Maintenance of Machinery and Conveyor Lines.

The following IMAQ qualifications are also valid:

• IMAQ 0110 Installation and maintenance of elevators and other lifting and transport equipment.
• IMAQ 0210 Development of handling, lifting, and transport installation projects.
• IMAQ 0108 Mechanical maintenance and assembly of industrial equipment.
• IMAQ 0208 Planning, Management, and execution of maintenance and supervision of machinery assembly, industrial equipment, and automated production lines.
• FMEE0208 Assembly and commissioning of capital goods and industrial machinery.

Industrial Engineering degrees will also be valid

EXPERIENCE: preferably at least 3 years in elevator maintenance/assembly. In the absence of prior experience, the vocational training qualification from the previous list (section Certificac./Formación) is required.

• CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico.
• CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial.
• CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.

También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:

• IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte.
• IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte.
• IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial.
• IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción.
• FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.

Serán válidas las Ingenierías deespec. Industrial

EXPERIENCIA:preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo.Certificac. /Formación).
