Maintenance Technician (M/F)

• Preventing, detecting and repairing breakdowns, defects and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.
• Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to the operational efficiency and sustainability of the establishment.
• Knowing and applying current regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), as well as the building's self-protection and evacuation plans.
• Maintaining a fluid and coordinated relationship with external maintenance and technical services companies.
• Identifying and recording all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance.
• Carrying out basic building and equipment maintenance repairs, in coordination with the needs communicated by other hotel departments and in accordance with the established preventive maintenance plans.

• Vocational training in specialties related to Maintenance (Electricity, HVAC, Installations, Electromechanics or similar).
• Knowledge of current regulations and standards applicable to buildings for public use.
• Previous experience in the maintenance of hotel facilities or similar environments.
• Knowledge of legionella control and prevention, especially in spa facilities, swimming pools and domestic hot water circuits.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for one of our 4* hotels in Alicante.

• Prevenir, detectar y reparar averías, desperfectos y anomalías en las instalaciones y equipamientos del hotel.
• Controlar y optimizar los consumos energéticos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa y sostenibilidad del establecimiento.
• Conocer y aplicar la normativa vigente en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL), así como los planes de autoprotección y evacuación del edificio.
• Mantener una relación fluida y coordinada con las empresas externas de mantenimiento y servicios técnicos.
• Identificar y registrar todos los equipos e instalaciones sujetos a mantenimiento.
• Ejecutar reparaciones básicas de mantenimiento del edificio y equipamientos, en coordinación con las necesidades comunicadas por otros departamentos del hotel y de acuerdo con los planes de mantenimiento preventivo establecidos.

• Formación Profesional en especialidades relacionadas con el Mantenimiento (Electricidad, Climatización, Instalaciones, Electromecánica o similar).
• Conocimientos de la normativa y reglamentación vigente apicable a edificios de pública concurrencia.
• Experiencia previa en el mantenimiento de instalaciones hoteleras o entornos similares.
• Conocimientos en control y prevención de la legionella, especialmente en instalaciones de spa, piscinas y circuitos de agua sanitaria.
