Shift Manager (M/F/X)

What will you do in this position? 👩🏼‍💻

You will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the manager of all warehouse operations.

• Leading and coordinating teams of warehouse workers.

• Ensuring that all warehouse processes are carried out with the desired quality: unloading products, storage, picking, packing, inventory counting, and truck loading.

• Ensuring compliance with the operational objectives requested by the client.

• Controlling and auditing the timekeeping of both the permanent staff and the temporary workforce.

• Continuous supervision of processes and resolution of operational issues.

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

• Guaranteeing the traceability of all packages within the warehouse.

• Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM

We are looking for a Shift Manager profile for our warehouse in Vitoria.

¿Qué harás en esta posición? 👩🏼‍💻

Serás la persona responsable de:

• Reportarás directamente al encargado de toda la Operativa del Almacen

• Liderar y coordinar equipos de operarios de almacén.

• Garantizar de que todos los procesos del almacen se cumplan con la calidad buscada: Descarga de productos, almacenamiento, picking, packing, conteo de inventario y carga de camiones.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos operacionales que nos solicita el cliente.

• Controlar y auditar el control horario de la plantilla propia y de la plantilla de trabajo temporal

• Supervisión continua de los procesos y la resolución de problemas de la operativa.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas de salud y seguridad dentro del almacén.

• Garantizar la trazabilidad de todos los paquetes dentro del almacén.

Buscamos un perfil de Encargado/a de turno para nuestro almacén de Vitoria.
