Line Operator - Machine Operator

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a production line, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and productivity objectives.

• Coordinating and managing the assigned operator team (up to 10 people) on the production line.
• Starting up, adjusting, and supervising production equipment, ensuring their proper operation within defined parameters.
• Controlling the supply of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure the continuity of the production process.
• Supervising the quality of the product in process (appearance, weight, temperature, etc.) and acting on any deviations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and environmental standards.
• Leading format or product changeovers and optimizing line downtime.
• Recording and analyzing production data, efficiency indicators, and incidents using digital tools.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing losses.
• Training and developing the operational team, promoting good practices on the line.

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in production environments, who wants to develop as a Line Coordinator within a consolidated industrial plant located 30 minutes from Vitoria. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the line, maintaining safety, quality, and production performance standards.

• Stable project with development in the vicinity of Vitoria-Gasteiz
• Key role in an automated production environment

• Vocational Training (preferably in a technical field: mechanics, maintenance, production, or similar).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Profile with organizational skills, results orientation, and leadership.
• Proactive person, with initiative and the ability to work in dynamic and demanding environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
