BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova Maintenance Technician

Carry out the repair, maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, infrastructure and materials that make up the establishment, following the regulations and the quality and efficiency standards established, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services and the 2nd Head of Technical Services.

Perform technical maintenance tasks: Carry out assigned maintenance work autonomously and precisely, ensuring it is completed promptly, efficiently and under strict safety standards.

Diagnosis and problem solving: Identify and resolve faults in the hotel's facilities, applying technical knowledge and established procedures to ensure the optimal operation of systems and equipment.

Advanced technical knowledge: Master the operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and HVAC systems, as well as being familiar with the characteristics of the destination to anticipate and resolve specific situations.

Preventive maintenance: Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment and systems, with the aim of avoiding failures or service interruptions.

Management of tools and equipment: Keep the work area, tools and assigned equipment in perfect condition, order and cleanliness, immediately reporting any anomaly or hazard detected to your supervisor or the Prevention Coordinator.

Collaboration with the maintenance team: Work together with other technicians to carry out complex repairs and improvement projects, ensuring effective coordination and the achievement of established objectives.

Secondary Education (ESO)

Experience and technical knowledge:

Minimum experience of 6 months.

Knowledge of plumbing and electricity.

Basic English.

Other desirable requirements (not essential):

Intermediate vocational training in plumbing and electricity.

1 year of experience.

Realizar la reparación, mantenimiento y conservación de todas las instalaciones, infraestructuras y materiales que componen el establecimiento, siguiendo las normativas y los estándares de calidad y eficiencia establecidos, bajo la supervisión del Jefe/a de SSTT y 2do Jefe/a de SSTT.

Realizar tareas de mantenimiento técnico: Ejecutar de manera autónoma y precisa los trabajos de mantenimiento asignados, asegurando su cumplimiento con prontitud, eficiencia y bajo estrictas normas de seguridad.

Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas: Identificar y solucionar averías en las instalaciones del hotel, aplicando conocimientos técnicos y procedimientos establecidos para garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los sistemas y equipos.

Conocimientos técnicos avanzados: Dominar el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de las instalaciones del hotel, incluyendo sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, mecánicos y de climatización, así como estar familiarizado con las características del destino para prever y resolver situaciones específicas.

Mantenimiento preventivo: Realizar inspecciones regulares y tareas de mantenimiento preventivo en las instalaciones, equipos y sistemas, con el objetivo de evitar fallos o interrupciones en el servicio.

Gestión de herramientas y equipos: Mantener en perfecto estado de conservación, orden y limpieza el área de trabajo, herramientas y equipos asignados, reportando inmediatamente cualquier anomalía o peligro detectado a su superior o al Coordinador de prevención.

Colaboración con el equipo de mantenimiento: Trabajar en conjunto con otros técnicos para llevar a cabo reparaciones complejas y proyectos de mejora, garantizando una coordinación eficaz y la consecución de los objetivos establecidos.

Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos:

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses.

Conocimientos en fontanería y electricidad.

Inglés básico.
