We are looking for a Night Shift Front Desk Supervisor at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager and step in to cover their duties when they are absent, as required.
To handle guest complaints and claims and resolve them.
To plan and allocate human and material resources in a qualified manner.
To review and keep up to date the control of occupancy and sales.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction during their stay.
To have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the destination.
Ensure that the staff under your supervision have all the resources and equipment they need, and that working conditions meet health and safety standards.
