As a Business Developer, you will play a strategic role in our B2B growth. You will join an ambitious and cohesive SMB team, at the heart of our partnership model with real estate professionals.

Your future responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & lead generation

    • Target high-potential real estate agencies

    • Contact key decision-makers via qualified cold calls

    • Pitch the papernest offer with impact and professionalism

  • Demo & negotiation

    • Conduct product demonstrations and remote training sessions

    • Identify needs, address objections, and persuade

    • Negotiate and close deals within the expected timeframe

  • Partner onboarding

    • Ensure the successful launch of the partnership

    • Activate the agency's first users

    • Prepare the handover to the Customer Success Specialists team

  • Analysis & continuous improvement

    • Track your KPIs rigorously (activity, conversion, number of signed deals)

    • Contribute to improving scripts, processes, and tools

    • Participate in thematic workshops, co-development sessions, and individual coaching within the team

Your profile:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in business development, prospecting, or B2B sales;

  • You are comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly;

  • You are results-oriented and motivated to exceed your targets;

  • You speak French fluently, both orally and in writing (English is a plus)

  • You are curious, meticulous, organized, with a good understanding of business challenges

  • You are available from October to undertake a VIE mission of at least 1 year.
