Your impact

Lead the Logistics Engineering area at Power Electronics globally, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the team, and driving the evolution of the group's intralogistics through the incorporation of best practices, Lean Manufacturing, automation, and digitalization.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that the group's internal logistics processes, systems, and solutions evolve in a structured and scalable way, aligned with the company's strategic priorities, and that the team provides differential value to operations in all Power Electronics plants and warehouses.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and team leads, ensuring a clear structure, defined ownership, and a talent development plan.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Logistics Engineering, and establish solid prioritization mechanisms for its technical teams.
  • Standardize and implement the best intralogistics, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices across all group locations.
  • Functionally lead the evolution of logistics systems, with a special focus on SAP EWM, translating business needs into solid requirements for IT.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and data-driven management as key levers of productivity, efficiency, and service.
  • Ensure logistics readiness for packaging and new products, and act as a cross-functional reference for Logistics Engineering with respect to other areas and Management.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a senior profile with consolidated experience in intralogistics and logistics engineering in demanding industrial environments, who has led teams of engineers, defined area strategy and roadmap, and applied sector best practices in processes, systems, and automation.

Key experience and knowledge

  • Leadership of engineering teams, with development of team leads and middle management.
  • Definition of strategy, roadmap, and prioritization mechanisms for technical teams.
  • Implementation of intralogistics best practices, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and optimization of internal logistics processes in production environments.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics systems (SAP EWM or other SGA/WMS).
  • Senior stakeholder management and exposure to the Executive Committee.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation, robotization, and logistics digitalization (valuable).
  • International multi-site environments (valuable).

Education & certifications

Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Supply Chain, or similar. Complementary training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management is valuable.

Languages

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English C1.
