About the role

Your impact

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and maintenance of the group's monthly and annual consolidation process (multiple entities and multi-currency)
  • Reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions
  • Recording and control of consolidation adjustments and eliminations (harmonization of accounting criteria, temporary differences)
  • Management and analysis of the consolidation scope (additions, disposals, changes in ownership percentages, goodwill)
  • Translation of financial statements of entities in currencies other than the euro and treatment of translation differences.
  • Development of accounting procedures and policies to ensure consistency across the group.
  • Support in foreign currency valuation on intercompany accounts.
  • Collaboration with auditors in preparing the consolidated financial statements.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement and automation of the process (SAP)
  • Collaboration with the Management Control area in preparing budgets, forecasts, and KPI analysis.

What we're looking for

We are looking for people with:

  • Academic background: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Professional experience: 2 years in financial statement consolidation. Preferably in auditing within a multinational group
  • Languages: English B2
  • Technical skills: ERP, Power BI, Excel, and consolidation tools.

Nice to have

  • It will be valued:
    • Experience in migrating consolidation processes from Excel to SAP
    • Knowledge of intercompany reconciliation in SAP.
