Human Resources Internship (Madrid)

Our Spain Electricity Networks (UFD) business is immersed in an exciting transformation challenge, with the mission of digitizing and sensorizing our electricity grid to evolve from a purely physical network to a virtual one, where data analysis and artificial intelligence allow us to manage and respond to all the needs of the new sustainable ecosystem.

We want to be the best at what we do! Working as a team, doing more with less, and developing each individual, to grow together both within Spain Electricity Networks and in other business units.

In this context, we offer an Internship in the People area of the Spain Electricity Networks business.

This internship will allow you to participate in:

• Support in selection processes and talent attraction
• Support in training and development management
• Support in internal communication initiatives and employee experience
• Support in the analysis of Human Resources data and metrics
• Cross-functional support for the People area's processes and projects.

What you need:

• Academic Background: Student in the final year of a Master's degree in HR or similar.

• English level (B2)

• Knowledge in Human Resources areas.
