People Analytics Specialist (Madrid)

Your daily challenges will be focused on:

• Transforming Human Resources data into strategic information through analytics, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Managing and maintaining organizational structures, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
• Preparing corporate reports and reporting to support decision-making and certification projects.
• Participating in the evolution and improvement of People systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, and other tools).
• Ensuring data quality and defining role and access criteria in accordance with security and internal control policies.

What you need:

Mandatory Requirements:

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Economics (ADE), Engineering, or similar.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in a related field.
• Excel Level: Intermediate / Advanced
• English C1

Desirable Requirements:

• Training in Human Resources or Data Analysis.
• Experience in a Human Resources department.

Especialista People Analytics (Madrid)

Los retos de tu día a día estarán orientados a:

• Convertir datos de Recursos Humanos en información estratégica mediante analíticas, cuadros de mando e indicadores clave.
• Gestionar y mantener las estructuras organizativas, asegurando la calidad y coherencia de la información.
• Elaborar informes y reporting corporativo para apoyar la toma de decisiones y proyectos de certificación.
• Participar en la evolución y mejora de los sistemas de Personas (SAP, SuccessFactors y otras herramientas).
• Garantizar la calidad del dato y definir criterios de roles y accesos conforme a las políticas de seguridad y control interno.

Lo que necesitas:

Requisitos Obligatorios:

• Grado Universitario en Psicología, ADE, Ingeniería o similar.
• Experiencia previa de 1-3 años en un ámbito relacionado.
• Nivel de Excel: Intermedio / Avanzado
• Inglés C1

Requisitos Valorables:

• Formaciones en Recursos Humanos o Análisis de Datos.
• Experiencia en un departamento de Recursos Humanos.
