We are looking to bring on board a Real Estate Purchasing Manager (Category Manager) for our Corporate Procurement Team, with global scope but based in Madrid, working under a hybrid model (combining remote work with office attendance).

As the Real Estate Category Manager at Prosegur, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the global procurement strategy for the Real Estate category, ensuring cost optimization, operational excellence, risk management, and value generation for the company, working closely with the operations, finance, and supply chain areas to develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and ensure the availability of services for the Group's operations.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the global procurement strategy for the real estate categories.
  • Lead strategic sourcing processes, tenders, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Develop long-term relationships with strategic suppliers to drive improvements in service, efficiency, and cost.
  • Analyze markets, trends, risks, and opportunities within the real estate services sector.
  • Lead cost optimization (TCO) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and monitor supplier performance KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate periodic business reviews with strategic suppliers.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of strategies and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in transformation, digitalization, and process automation projects for the category.

What you'll get

Our commitment to you is based on three pillars that define our culture:

  • 💛 ️ We promote your well-being: enjoy a hybrid work model, flexible hours, continuous working day during the summer months and extra days off for long weekends and other special dates. In addition, you will fall in love with our Global Well-being Program featuring quarterly talks by experts, subsidized psychology services, sports activities (paddle tennis, taekwondo, digital race, football) and much more. You can also join the social and cultural initiatives promoted through the Prosegur Foundation
  • 🚀 We promote your development: you will have a personalized career plan, the opportunity to take part in the national and international opportunities program, and access to our Corporate University so your growth never stops.
  • 🏆 We promote your recognition: we review your salary annually and you can benefit from flexible compensation (REFLEX), which, in addition to childcare services, transportation, medical insurance, and a restaurant card, also allows you to include language training and qualifications (that course or MBA you have in mind). You will also get access to exclusive discounts, and if you bring in new clients or candidates for our vacancies, you can earn additional incentives through our TSP+ and ProAmigo programs.
