If you are motivated by working with advanced video surveillance systems, data analysis, and remote security management, this is your project.

What will your role be as a Connected Guard?

- You will supervise facilities through advanced video surveillance systems and applied intelligence

- You will manage alarms and incidents in real time, making key decisions

- You will coordinate actions with operational teams and emergency forces

- You will monitor critical processes, ensuring service continuity

- You will actively contribute to strategic security decision-making

What do we offer?

- Salary according to the Private Security Collective Agreement + Night shift bonus

- Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid over 15 months)

- Technological service bonus ranging from €1,200 to €2,800, depending on the service and client.

- Stable, technological service with high recognition in the sector.

EUR 16,800–39,200 per year

- Permanent contract and full-time working day.

- Rotating shifts of 8h (M/A/N) and 12h (day/night).

- Location in Las Tablas and central Madrid.

¿Cuál será tu función como Vigilante Conectado?

- Supervisarás instalaciones a través de sistemas de videovigilancia avanzados e inteligencia aplicada

- Gestionarás alarmas e incidencias en tiempo real, tomando decisiones clave

- Coordinarás actuaciones con equipos operativos y fuerzas de emergencia

- Monitorizarás procesos críticos, asegurando la continuidad del servicio

- Contribuirás activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas de seguridad

¿Qué ofrecemos?

- Salario según Convenio de Seguridad Privada + Plus de nocturnidad

- Plus Bienvenida: 1.500€ (se abona en 15meses)

- Plus servicio Tecnológico oscilando entre 1.200 € a 2.800 €, según servicio y cliente.

- Servicio estable, tecnológico, con alto reconocimiento en el sector.

EUR 16,800–39,200 per year

- Contrato indefinido y jornada completa.

- Turnos rotativos de 8h (M/T/N) y 12h (diurno/nocturno).

- Ubicación en Las Tablas y Madrid Centro.
