Production Operator - Leather Industry

From Temporal Quality, specialists in offering success opportunities to companies and individuals, we are looking to hire several operator profiles in September for an important company in the leather sector in the CHESTE area.

You will join an industrial company specialized in the treatment, transformation and finishing of hides, with consolidated technical processes and stable work teams.

We are looking for several operator profiles for different production areas. All positions share the same salary conditions, schedule and initial training, with tasks adapted to each section.

Your mission

Contribute to the proper flow of the production process, handling hides and materials carefully, safely and efficiently, ensuring the quality of the final product and orderliness at your workstation.

Key responsibilities

Depending on the area, you will carry out tasks such as:

* Beamhouse

Feed machinery by loading hides

Place and remove pallets

Sort hides by quality

Weigh and prepare chemicals for dyeing drums

Load hides into drums

Forklift license mandatory for this section

* Sanding and milling

Feed hides into sanding machines

Handle hides in milling drums

Stack finished product on pallets

Use of manual pallet truck

* Shipping

Trimming hides with an electric machine (edges only).

Quality classification of the pieces.

Labeling of pieces and orders

Preparation of batches for shipping.

Moving pallets with a manual pallet truck.

What we are looking for in you

Requirements:

Willingness to work and learn in an industrial environment

Commitment, punctuality and a responsible attitude

Ability for manual and repetitive work

Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos

Forklift license (only for Beamhouse)

Previous experience as an operator (not mandatory)

Pallet truck handling.

Attention to quality and detail

Good attitude for teamwork

What we offer you

Competitive salary: €10.39 gross/hour

Initial training on a fixed schedule: 08:00 to 17:15

Afterwards: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Mon-Fri)

Tu misión

Contribuir al correcto flujo del proceso productivo, manipulando pieles y materiales de forma cuidadosa, segura y eficiente, garantizando la calidad del producto final y el orden en tu puesto de trabajo.

Responsabilidades clave

Según el área, realizarás tareas como:

* Ribera

Abastecer maquinaria introduciendo pieles

Colocar y retirar palets

Clasificar pieles según calidad

Pesar y preparar productos químicos para bombos de tintura

Cargar pieles en bombos

Imprescindible carnet de carretillero para esta sección

* Lijas y batanado

Introducir pieles en máquinas de lijado

Manipular pieles en bombos de batanado

Apilar producto acabado en palets

Uso de transpaleta manual

* Expediciones

Recorte de piel con máquina eléctrica (solo bordes).

Clasificación de calidad de las piezas.

Etiquetado de piezas y pedidos

Preparación de partidas para expedición.

Movimiento de palets con transpaleta manual.

Experiencia previa como operario/a (no excluyente)

Manejo de transpaleta

Buena actitud para el trabajo en equipo

Qué te ofrecemos

Salario competitivo: 10,39 € brutos/hora

Formación inicial en horario fijo: 08:00 a 17:15

Posteriormente: Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde (L-V)
