From Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for the operating room at La Luz University Hospital, located in the Moncloa area (C/ Maestro Ángel Llorca, 8, Chamberí). The Nursing Assistant is also expected to have an administrative profile.

What will your mission be?

You will assist and provide patient care, maintaining constant awareness of their condition in order to contribute to improving their health and well-being in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, working alongside physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient monitoring and treatment.

Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and responsible environment.

Carry out the required administrative procedures for the management of patient admissions/discharges and the corresponding documentation, thereby facilitating the entire healthcare process.

Monitor the patient's condition, maintaining a constant state of alertness regarding any changes in their status.

Collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always complying with medical and nursing instructions.

Handle, clean, control, and maintain the specific equipment.

Properly manage clinical documentation.

Provide indirect care and support services to patients, maintaining the care environment in optimal conditions for patient well-being and the proper development of departmental activities.

Handle pathology anatomy samples.

Support the physician in performing diagnostic tests in the consultation room.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care or equivalent.
