About the role

IT and Facilities Support Technician (Temporary Replacement) | MadridDo you have experience in IT support, user assistance and troubleshooting? We are looking for an IT and Facilities Support Technician to carry out a temporary replacement at our Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Main duties- First-level IT support and equipment maintenance.

  • Resolving issues related to computer hardware, network connectivity, cabling, peripherals and access.
  • Basic software installation and configuration.
  • Internal customer service, both in person and online.
  • Preparing and setting up meeting rooms, connecting equipment and checking that it works correctly.
  • Managing and tracking incidents using ticketing tools.
  • On-site support at the Madrid office.
  • Monitoring and controlling the IT stock of the Barcelona and Lisbon offices, as well as checking that it works correctly.

What you'll get
